Copse Lake
19 pegs with 2 islands. The depthe ranges form 2ft 6ins to 4ft. Stocked with Carp to 17lb, along with most of the species listed above there is plenty for everyone in this water.
Pathfield Lake
This lake consists of 36 pegs. The depths range from 3ft - 4ft 6ins. Carp to 10lb as well as most other species listed.
Wood Lake
On wood lake there are 40 permanent pegs. There are numerous small islands to cast to and depths of 5ft - 6ft.
Cottage Lake
This contains the biggest fish of the complex. With carp to 22lb this established lake also contains perch, eels, and some nice Ghost Koi.
There is also a stretch of the River Blackwater that is fishable from the complex.

All fish must be returned to the water after capture. FISH MUST NOT BE KILLED OR TAKEN AWAY FROM THE FISHERY
Swims must be kept tidy at all times.
All litter and unused bait must be removed from the premises
No noise nuisance, radios, phones etc
No unsociable or disruptive behaviour
No trespassing in surrounding farmland or woods
All Vehicles to be parked in the car park areas only
No fires or barbeques
No dogs
